No refunds or cancelations will be granted after 24 hours of your order. No exceptions. If requested after the specified time period we cannot cancel, change, or offer a refund.  

Exchanges and refunds will not be granted unless the item received is faulty.

Standard US shipping takes approxiemtly 7-10 business days to ship.

Orders are generally shipped 24-72 hours after order has been recieved.

Faulty adresses and "return to sender" packages will be subject to additional shipping fees. If adress provided is incorrect, the customer is subject to liability and Petography is not liable to replace items.
